CITIZEN/BUSINESS OF THE YEAR NOMINATIONS SOUGHT

The Town of Knightdale and Knightdale Chamber of Commerce are seeking nominations for the prestigious Citizen of the Year Award, which will be presented at the Knightdale Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet, February 23, 2012. The recipient will be a person in the Knightdale area who has demonstrated a long-term commitment of service to enhance the quality of life in our community or has made an outstanding contribution to the Knightdale community. Recipient does not need to be a member of the Chamber.  Names of individuals may be submitted by any business, civic club, organization, or resident of the Knightdale area. If you are interested in nominating a person you feel deserves this award, you can 1) download a copy of the nomination form by clicking here, 2) call the Chamber at 919-266-4603 to request a copy or 3) you may obtain nomination forms at either the Chamber office or Knightdale Town Hall.  Nomination forms must be either returned to the Knightdale Chamber of Commerce, 207 Main Street, Knightdale, NC  27545 or Knightdale Town Hall, 950 Steeple Square Court, Knightdale, N  27545 on or before Tuesday, January 31, 2012.  Forms may also be faxed to the Chamber at 919-266-8010 or e-mailed to knightdalechamber@knightdalechamber.org.

The Chamber will also be presenting our Business of the Year Awards--Small & Large.The receipient will be a Chamber Member business who has demonstrated leadership, devotion, generousity and commitment to the programs and workings of the Knightdale Chamber of Commerce and to the Knightdale community.  Business of Year Nomination form.
